Nestled in a unique gated neighborhood with lots of amenities: beach front lake access, boat ramp, fishing dock, volleyball court, picnic tables, kayaks, play ground, basketball court. Quick commute to Tampa via the Suncoast/Veterans Express Way

Freshly remodeled from top to bottom. King size bed in the Master with a private bathroom and door to the porch. There are kayaks available for use. The home is located across form the street from a smaller lake that feeds into one of the 2 larger lakes. Bring your boat or water toys. There is a community boat ramp. The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Such a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the Florida weather.

Unique private gated community with lake access and an abundance of amenities. As you enter the neighborhood you will be dazed by the lush canopy of trees and nature surrounding.

The neighborhood is a quite residential setting with an easy walk to the lake and playground.

We are available by phone or message. We live close by but in another neighborhood. We give access instructions remotely and do not bother you unless you ask for help. We appreciate privacy and give guest the same courtesy.

What a stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. It is a well kept secret. To be the close to town and not hear a thing. It was like being out in the country. Communication with the host was excellent, professional and timely. Would rent again!
