There is a 2 bay built in garage/basement that has been converted into a workshop below the Log Cabin. This area is off limits with the exception of the “mudroom” space made inside the door entrance. This space is intended for ski and recreational equipment during winter and mud season. It is not available in summer and fall. The area is heated so it is great for keeping ski and snowboard boots warm without having to lug them up the stairs!

Parking available for 2 vehicles. Must have 4 wheel drive. (In deep winter when snow is abundant one car may have to park in the lower driveway. During mud season (~ April/early May) both vehicles must park in the lower driveway.

Wonderful home!
Truly a wonderful stay at the cabin. From the fully equipped kitchen (high end products), welcome basket full of goodies, big fluffy towels, phone chargers, comfortable furniture, Daisy paid attention to every detail! We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone. A little remote, but worth it.

I grew up in Rhode Island and moved to San Diego for my high school years. All the while I'd spend every school vacation back at the cabin in Vermont - biking, swimming, skiing, catching salamanders, you name it!
I spent 15 years in the classroom teaching Middle School Science and loving it! Then opportunity arose and I began my own rental management company which gives me a more flexible schedule so I can spend more time with my family while running the business. Now a days I spend most of my time adventuring with our three children biking, swimming, catching salamanders... The rest of the time I can be found scheming up a new project with my husband, gardening, or designing a new space.
