We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect for our girls trip to celebrate a 50th birthday. Klaudia was a great host and went above and beyond to make the birthday girl feel special. The pool was wonderful and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pool was a fantastic feature and we spent lots of time out there during our stay! The home was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved the property, the host was great and attentive. Felt a bit uncomfortable with no curtains upstairs since the children slept in that room, however we just hung a blanket on the larger window. The heated pool was nice. Prime location, very close to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Looking forward to rent again.

The positives relate to the neighborhood, pool, and nearby hiking. All very happy with those aspects. The house itself was disappointing. Overall it seems like a house that was built 50years ago and not touched since. Windows and doors that dont fully close, old carpet upstairs. Old furniture and cheap pillows. Deck boards that aren’t supported and some with raised screws to catch feet on. Clogged air filters and dusty vents. It feels harsh, but a lot of this is solved with basic care for the product.

3 nights with the grandsons, who are 8 and 12 so it was perfect. They loved the loft bedroom and of course, the swimming pool. The home had all the necessities and then some. It was just down the block from the Broken Arrow trail and nicely located in the trees and against the red rocks, we saw a variety of wildlife. Yet it's not far from all the best restaurants and things to do in downtown Sedona and Oak Creek Village. Communication from the host was excellent. The pool was also a life saver since we were unable to swim anywhere in Oak Creek due to the wildfire soot and debris that had blackened the water from the thunderstorms washing it down. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is hard to beat — easy access to the trails and the views didn't disappoint. The place was clean and well-kept from the moment we arrived, which made settling in after a late-night drive from Phoenix effortless.The host was communicative and responsive throughout — everything was clearly laid out and we never had to guess about anything.
