Gorgeous and well designed 2 bedroom apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps 4 only. The unit features include 2 Queen sized beds, private kitchen and bath.

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival.

Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rental. Two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Street parking close to building.

Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM

Departure is prior to 10AM.

This is a walkup building and we have no elevator.

Unfriendly experience

Location is near the Métro which is good but the sera not really safe The most annoying is the relation with the owner charging for a rent of one month surcharge because arriving 30mn late at 5.30pm( not mentioned in the page of price of VRbo)!!!!! Charging a huge amount for cleaning even when the apartment has been given back far cleaner than it was!!! It is not clear on the platform of it is compulsory The platform shall monitor that because these are hidden fees Furhermore There was no will to find arrangement from the owner.

Christophe reserved this apartment for his daughter and her friend. He never stayed in the apartment. He never came to NY. He was, I believe, actually in Morocco! or another vacation/work location but definitly not in NY. They arranged to arrive quite early and despite the appointment the girls arrived hours later or so requiring a late arrival fee payment (that is on our listing). Essentially , he seems to have fabricated a stay in this listing as he was never in the apartment, in the area or even in NY! The condition of the unit after the 2 young women left including his daughter was concerning. There were no hidden fees at all as all listed and we remind and ask multiple times so that it is transparent. Christophe's review is fictitious as he was never there. The only fee he paid was the late arrival fee that is shown on the listing and is continually highlighted in our conversations. It was all avoidable had they shown up on time prior to 5pm.
