KITCHEN and DINING AREA are equipped with all necessary pans, plates, silverware, wine glasses, coffee maker, and other utensils. LIVING ROOM is comfortably furnished with new furniture a new 46 INCH FLAT SCREEN HDTV with BLUERAY DVD/ VCR. Living room and kitchen both have ceiling fans and A/C. The entire area has been newly painted and the carpeting and beds in the house has been professional steamed- cleaned. LAUNDRY ROOM (NEW DRYER & WASHER) is located in the lower level, just outside two of the bedrooms and a brand new full bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA features a patio and gazebo, gas grille, tables, Fire pit, and chairs. A large back yard is fenced for your younger children to enjoy. OUTDOOR SHOWER- with hot and cold running water. There is ample parking 9 CARS or your BOAT. (Fishing is unbelievable!)

Another great week in Narragansett

Our two children and their spouses, and two young teens plus two cousins and an aunt from Colorado had a wonderful time! With friends who live just around the corner we went out to dinner 16 strong, used every "sunshiney" minute to haunt the beaches and spent time under the trees on the great patio! A trip to Block Island to rent mopeds was one of the highlights. What a great week!

Summertime stay with black mold

There was black mold in AC units, on some walls and windows, and in the dehumidifier. The house is a good location, however needs black mold to be removed.
