Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because the city has been closing their grasp on Short Term Rentals in Nashville. Having been a residential host since 2011, I decided the only way to grow was to expand into the tourism district where regulations to protect single family didn't apply. We found this building, right in the heart of our favorite part of downtown, and converted a law office, last renovated in 1983, to an upscale, chic, accomodating and cozy rental experience.
What makes this property unique
This property was designed by my VRBO partner and myself. I been hosting since 2011, and we have been working together on this project since 2019 when I brought him into the business.
My philosphy is simple: Personal touches. You won't find the artwork, furnishings, or styles in a catalogue. You won't find them in a store. We build everything that we can ourselves. All of the art is personalized, all of the memorabilia our own. This unit features signed memorabilia from both Rock and Nashville favorites.
The 18 foot ceiling frames an inlay from the original 1890 ceiling, surrounded by a hand burnt shou shugi ban beadboard, with decorative and colorful crown moulding. The hardwood floors are original. The great room features three lighting schemes, from bright light to party time, when the perimiter lighting is isolated for your pregame and late night vibes.
The Jukebox is a 1973 Rockola, every record hand picked ourselves.
