Amazing Stay!

We cannot say enough great things about this rental! It was in a fantastic neighborhood, so quiet and peaceful. The house was spotless and was designed by a famous local architect, which was really interesting. There was plenty of room for my husband and our kids. We loved having dinner on the front patio area surrounded by all the palm trees. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back to stay here again!

Beautifully appointed rental

The location was great. The house was architecturally fantastic, very clean and tidy. Great backyard. The only real flaw was the "Jack and Jill" bathroom. It wasn't ideal but everything else was wonderful!

Miami mid-century tree house

This is a fabulous property- unique and charming and thoughtfully stocked. Located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, yet convenient to coral gables, coconut grove, and Miami. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, but we loved the outside spaces most of all.

Excellent property 👌 ❤️.

I highly recommend this beautiful property. It succeeded my expectation in every way to the open view design with the surrounding nature with gorgeous incoming sunlight. The host Santiago was very pleasurable, very attentive and available every time. The location was perfect and convenient it was 5 min away from restaurants, bar and boutiques...

Discovered a Jewel

Our family had a wonderful stay at this perfectly renovated mid century jewel. Location was super convenient to restaurants and activity in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and a stone’s throw away from University of Miami (perfect since we were visiting our son who goes to school there). Santiago was extremely responsive to our questions. All in all, I would stay again.

Great space, perfect location

We loved the architectural significance of the house which comfortably accommodated our family of 5. The location was perfect for exploring Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami (esp. with city transportation). The host was responsive and gracious with my questions. We hope to stay again on future visits. promptresponsive

Awesome little gem

We were so pleased with our stay at this property. It was actually designed and built by a famous architect, and there's a book in the home all about him! Very cool. The description is perfectly accurate. We were able to walk to UM, and enjoyed the park 2 blocks away. Very convenient to Coconut Grove. Santiago was very responsive. We made a full meal in the kitchen, which is very nicely stocked - even with spices, and other cooking basics. I hope we get the chance to stay again!

Santiago’s place was an architectural gem. Cozy and peaceful. If I could give it 10 stars we would. We live in the Grove and needed a place to stay with our dogs while they were filming a commercial at our house. It was perfect and our dogs loved the backyard. We made dinner at the house and they had all we needed for cooking. The house is also close to all the great restaurants and shops in Coconut Grove. Highly recommend
