THE SPACE
Every element in this 3,100 SF two-story home with radiant heated floors and outdoor living space has been executed to perfection. Set against a panoramic backdrop of endless mountain views in the popular ski area of north Flagstaff, the showstopper at this stunning house is the amazing view that can be enjoyed from nearly every room. Floor to ceiling windows in the main social areas beautifully showcase vistas of the area’s rugged mountains, and every corner of the residence has been expertly styled with a refined modern flair to provide a getaway experience like no other.

A gorgeous kitchen anchors one end of the main living area and features stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, waterfall island with bar seating, and a deluxe housewares & small appliances package. In the middle, the dining area makes a statement with a custom live-edge wood table for 10, designer lighting, and sightlines to the outdoors. On the far end of the room a plush seating area with fireplace and 24-foot ceiling is ideal for watching the Smart TV, but this takes a backseat to magnificent wraparound views of the mountains. This area also has walkout access to the lower patio where another table for 10 sits under event lighting for outdoor dining with a view.

Three ensuite bedrooms with king beds, smart TVs, and plenty of storage for tucking way travel items are also found on the main floor. Bedroom 1 has an exquisite bathroom with freestanding tub/shower room & dual vanity sinks + walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a dedicated workspace and its ensuite bath is a work of art with custom blue and gold marble tile work in the walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a comfy reading nook, and the bathroom is sleek and roomy with a shower/tub combo and contemporary lighting.

Access the upper deck through a sliding door to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit table, and more of those fantastic mountain views. And when it’s time for ground level fun, there is corn hole, horseshoes, and plenty of room to stretch your legs on the oversized lot.

When not spending time at this wonderful home, the base entry road to Snowbowl ski resort is only 1.2 miles away, and the property is on the opposite side of traffic which makes accessing the ski resort so easy! Endless hiking and mountain biking trails are within close proximity, downtown Flagstaff is just 8 miles from the home, Sedona is only 37 miles, and in 67 minutes you can be at the Grand Canyon.

A convenient location 1.2 miles from the base entry road to Snowbowl ski resort on the opposite side of traffic means no lines when there’s fresh snow! From the property you can be at the ski resort itself in about 15 minutes. We are 8 miles from downtown Flagstaff and just over an hour from Grand Canyon. With direct views of San Francisco Peaks, this property is the perfect place to be close to everything while still being able to get away and enjoy the area’s natural beauty.

Highway 180 will take you south right into downtown Flagstaff or north up to the Grand Canyon.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire house and surrounding grounds including the lower porch and upper deck, front yard, back yard, and driveway are exclusively available to guests. The detached garage and parking in front of it is not available for guest use, however there is ample onsite parking, including space for trucks/SUVs. We ask that you do not bring more than 5 vehicles unless otherwise approved by host prior to arrival. Hosts may be on site in separate living quarters.
