Excellent location in the center of Panama City Beach, minutes drive from shopping, restaurants, attractions, and only half a mile from the beautiful white sand beaches. Super Clean, all new furniture, quiet, and spacious 1432 sq ft three bedrooms two and half bathrooms townhouse. Sleeps 8 plus 2 when sleeper sofa is used.

During your stay we will provide:
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, hand soap, washcloths, and makeup cleaning towels.

2 dishwasher detergent pods

Enjoy full access to the community's two pools located near the neighborhood entrance, and to the kids playground.

We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own, guest towels and blankets can not be removed from the house at any time.

Please note that you will be staying in duplex townhouse that shares a wall with another townhouse, we ask you to please keep noise down.

There are 2 fire extinguishers located under the kitchen sink and inside the AC closet in the second floor hallway.
