This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for the 6 adults in my party.Being steps from the ocean as well as walking distance to coffee, restaurants/bars, and the pier was amazing.Communication with the hosts was clear and prompt!

My wife, our pooch and I enjoyed our stay at Kayla and Nick’s beach home in Old Orchard Beach. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The accommodations in the home had everything we needed. Plus, the fact that it was dog friendly made it all the better. We definitely recommend their home for anyone planning to visit Old Orchard Beach.

Location, Location, and Convenience.Booking and check-in went smoothly. The unit was clean and stocked with items that made in very convenient to just show up and use without running to the store. Soaps and shampoo in the bathroom with plenty of towels including beach towels. The coffe e bar was well stocked and the to-go cups and lids were a nice surprise and came in handy.Really could not have been closer to the beach which the was a few steps away. It was nice to find such a great place that was also pet-friendly.Would stay here again!
