Seahorse Villa: luxury estate with 75’ infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean

Culebra is located between Puerto Rico's northeastern coast and St. Thomas USVI. There are flights available from Isla Grande Airport, Ceiba Airport or Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. Also, you can access the island via ferry from Ceiba, PR.

This furnished oceanfront house is located on a 1 acre property that extends over the protected natural reserve beach of Punta Melones, one of the best beaches for snorkeling in Culebra island. You can experience spectacular sunsets from the 75' infinity pool which overlooks Vieques island, Cayo Luis Peña, the mountains of Puerto Rico and the entrance to the island.

It has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, laundry, AC in all rooms and living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large pantry and big balconies and terraces. All rooms have ocean view. The house is approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and very close to town and restaurants.

This is a two (2) level home with two separate gazebos:

First floor (entrance) is a fully equipped kitchen, with two 33-bottle wine coolers, large pantry with double oven and 1 full bathroom; all spaces with A/C. Dining room that seats 10 people, adjacent to the living room with SAT/Dish and DVD player. Complete with a large balcony overlooking the ocean with 1 table, a bar stool table, a lounge chair, large sofa and a gas barbecue.

Downstairs are 4 bedrooms (all with A/C), including 2 master suites: 1st master suite with a king size bed, TV, a private bathroom and a chaise lounge; 2nd master bedroom with a king size bed, mini fridge and microwave, a private bathroom and TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (both with full size beds and single beds on top, sleeps 6), TV and a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom or Studio has a queen size bed, a private bathroom, 2 sofas, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Also, the laundry facilities are on the first level, a half bathroom in the pool area and outside shower. Every room, terrace, balcony and the infinity pool is overlooking the ocean. Every room has its private entrance.

We require a 3 nights minimum stay. The house has a capacity for up to 12 guests.
