Mountain View Retreat! - Hot tub/Pool/Gym/Sleeps 10!

Welcome to Mountain View Retreat at The Quarry. Perfect location, nestled between Downtown & Whitefish Mountain, and about a mile from Whitefish lake. Walk to the grocery store and restaurants! Enjoy The Quarry's clubhouse with pool (summer), hot tub, fire pit, gym, game room and conference room. ***Unfortunately due to severe allergies, we cannot host guests with animals. We appreciate your understanding in allowing us to continue to provide a safe allergen free space for our family.***

Our home is new construction completed in 2021 with just over 1600 sqft of living space. The inviting living room comes with a flat-screen smart TV (no cable), fireplace, and cozy seating. There are board games for the whole family to enjoy. The sofa does convert into a Full-size sleeper if needed.

The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and stunning quartz countertops with bar stools for additional seating and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you will need to prepare a meal. It also includes a Instant Pot, Slow cooker and Air fryer to make meal prep a breeze. There is also a gas grill for guests to grill out in the summer.

The downstairs Master Suite has a King-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, large flat screen smart TV, a computer desk and an En-suite full bath. The bathroom is simply gorgeous with a large soaking tub, walk-in tile shower, double vanities, and a separate room for the toilet. There is also an extra half bath downstairs, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms each with En-suite bathrooms! The second Master bedroom boasts a large flat screen smart TV, large walk-in shower and double vanities. This bedroom also has a comfortable King-size bed, closet and dresser.

The third bedroom has an attached tub/shower combo and a single vanity. This bedroom a custom Queen over Queen bunk with a pull out Full-size trundle, making this bedroom perfect for children or an extra couple or two. This bedroom also has a large flat screen smart TV, as well as some toys and books for the little ones.

We also provide a Pack N Play, Toddler cot, baby bathtub and booster/high chair for families traveling with little ones.

There is a cooler, sun umbrella and a couple of beach chairs for a day out on the lake.

Across from the third bedroom is the outdoor deck to enjoy your morning coffee, soak up some sun and enjoy the views of Big Mountain. We are also just steps away from the hot tub/pool and clubhouse.

Guest have access to the garage which is great for storing all your ski/snowboarding gear and bikes.

The home has a keyless entry. Guest have access to the whole house with the exception of a couple of locked owners closets/cabinets.

Hands down The Quarry is the BEST location!!! Walking distance to dining and shopping! Grab a hot drink at the Crema Coffee Kiosk right outside The Quarry. Across the street you will find the Alpine Market, for your grocery needs. They also have a great selection of beers and wine. Next to Alpine Market is The Tap House offering 58 different micro-brews and decent pub food. A short walk down the road, you will find some additional restaurant choices. Take a quick 1 mile walk to downtown Whitefish or the city beach on Whitefish lake. We are 6 miles from Whitefish Mountain Resort. You can also catch the free SNOW bus up the mountain or into town. The SNOW bus stop is just a few steps away from the Quarry. Glacier National Park is just 27 miles away, and an absolute must! Guests love The Quarry's clubhouse with it's pool (seasonal), hot tub, game room and fitness center.

Guest have access to a garage and driveway. There is also plenty of street parking and overflow parking at the clubhouse. If you decide to rent a car, book early as cars do tend to run out in peak seasons. I do have a couple of cars that I rent out on the Turo App as well. Turo is like airbnb for cars. I provide pick up and drop of from Missoula only at at this time. Please contact me if you are interested in renting one of my cars as well.

Don't feel like driving? You can catch the FREE SNOW bus instead. The SNOW bus is a FREE shuttle service that takes you all around Whitefish including up to the Whitefish Mountain Resort and back during peak ski and summer seasons! There is also Lyft and Uber, and Taxi service.

**City of Whitefish Resort Taxes: There is a 3% resort tax in the City of Whitefish which will be added to the nightly pricing.

**The property has exterior cameras to monitor only the exterior of our home. There are two exterior cameras. One is located by the main front door and the other is located by garage. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property to maintain guest privacy.

HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

2. No smoking allowed.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
6. Please take extra care of your key fob. There is a replacement cost of $200 for the clubhouse key fob.
7. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
8. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
