The Whitefish Nature Preserve
If you’re seeking a large in-town rental with a massive Montana meadow out your back door, this is the property for you. The Whitefish Nature Preserve is a 2,900 sq-ft townhome with five bedrooms and four bathrooms- this unit can sleep up to 10-12 people comfortably (14 people if using the pullout in the game room and two people per bed in the full-size bunk). Pinned between downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort, this rental offers amazing value and convenience no matter the time of year. This modern townhome backs up to a 200-acre nature preserve, which provides guests with privacy and unencumbered views of wildlife and the forested meadow from the back patio and private hot tub. The rental also includes a separate office space for those working on the go! Guests will have access to the two-car garage.
Whitefish Mountain Resort is a short ten-minute drive to the north, and the town of Whitefish is three minutes to the south. For those looking to explore the majesty of Glacier National Park, the west entrance can be reached in 45 minutes by car. The Space:
Guests will enter the unit via the two-car garage. Upon entry, a spacious mud room waits to neatly store your gear and outerwear. Beyond the mudroom, the ground level features a game room with a queen-size sofa sleeper and an entertainment center with an Xbox. Next to the game room is a full bathroom and a sprawling great room with ample room for the whole crew! The great room is an expansive open-concept living area with high-end finishes, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, walk-in pantry, dining, and living spaces. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare your favorite dish. Enjoy meals at the dining table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for gathering after a day of activities. The naturally lit great room provides amazing views of the adjacent nature preserve through ceiling-height windows and sliding doors that allow guests to access the back patio, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee with mountain views. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub after a day of adventures!
The second level of the home includes two master suites with en-suite bathrooms overlooking the sprawling nature preserve at the east end of the home. Each master bedroom features a king-sized bed and tasteful furnishings. Toward the west end, guests will find a private office across from a full bath with a shower/tub combo. Continue down the hall to find the remaining two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two bunk beds: one is a full over full, and the other is a twin over twin. Each bedroom features an HDTV with high-speed streaming services, while the grand master and living room also feature access to cable TV.
