This lovely home is located is less than a mile to the Hyatt, shopping, and dining. Skiing at Diamond Peak is also just minutes away. NON-SMOKING, 2 Small/Meduim Dogs Allowed. Accommodates 6 people max.

Please note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.) There is a long term tenant is the garage apartment below the main house.

Amazing house with everything we needed!

Great location, great rooms, everything we could possibly need, great DECK. A little dark in the living area... and would have loved to have had AC... but I highly recommend this home to rent.

Lovely place

Overall the experience was great. Nice comfortable place to stay for my son’s wedding!! However I would have liked less spiderwebs inside the home. I get it they exist… but ugh
