Lovely neighborhood

Very clean house. Great kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. The host was kind. I was surprised by an added lease on top of the VRBO agreements. It was a lot of house for jut the two of us, but it would be a great stay for a family. Even has a good park within walking distance.

Perfect home for a weekend getaway!

This home is quite the gem and tucked away in a very safe and upscale neighborhood. It is about 10 minutes from the Oasis and 20 minutes to downtown so a great location no matter where you want to go! I spent two nights with 4 of my girlfriends for a weekend trip and the home met our every need! Katherine was such a pleasure to work with - she suggested local places for brunch which was very helpful. She also came by to change the batteries on all of the smoke detectors as one them was beeping due to low batteries. We are so appreciative for her quick response time! We visited the Oasis, a local nail salon for manis/pedis, Black Walnut for brunch, and downtown and loved every minute of it! I would highly recommend this home for any vacation stay!

We needed a house for the whole family while visiting Austin for a family wedding. The locations was great and the house was lovely and very comfortable. Katherine was a pleasure to work with and a wonderful hostess. I would recommend her home and would stay with her again on future Austin visits.

Great Home in a quiet neighborhood

This was my first time renting through vrbo.com, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The property was accurately represented online, the pricing was fair, and Katherine was very easy to do business with. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend renting this property from her!!!

Why they chose this property

I purchased the home because of it's great floor plan for entertaining, and lush backyard and neighborhood amenities including parks, hiking trails, lake access and tennis courts. The location offers easy access to both Downtown and area lakes. I love the greenbelt view in the yard and the beautiful canyon views driving through the neighborhood. The hiking trail in the neighborhood is world class and one of the most popular in Austin.

What makes this property unique

A few of the highlights of the home include the open floor plan, the large kitchen island for guests to gather, large windows with scenic views of greenbelt in the living room, the fire pit on the back patio.
