Had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean and full of the amenities we required. We really enjoyed the pool and then house location for walks and bike rides.

First time in Naples was a good time!

Nicely decorated! Beautiful bright kitchen! Fantastic pool! Great beds to sleep in (pillows were not firm enough, comforter was too bulky). Super convenient to beaches, parks, zoo and restaurants! Would highly recommend to friends and family!

My husband and I created this home for enjoyment and pure relaxation. We are originally both from Slovakia, Eastern Europe, speaking multiple languages. We enjoy many things such as traveling, exploring the world, skiing, golfing, and fishing.
We love to share our space and purely tried to create it to where guests are able to relax and refresh during their vacation or staycation, while also having fun enjoying many activities we have included in the home or what is available in near distance of the wonderful Central Naples location.

Why they chose this property

We love the area and neighborhood as the home is at the center of it all, geographically places you close to many different areas within Naples from Mercato, to Waterside Shops, to Downtown Naples, and many options for beaches as well. Even restaurants and breakfast places as well as a short distance to the beach whether by biking or driving there.
My husband and I made sure to turn this home into a turnkey property that will live up to standards of a resort-style homeyness.

What makes this property unique

From making sure our home is ready for the next guest to each guest having their own door code per their last 4 digits of their reservation #, we do our best to make sure we offer above standard service to our guests from their check-in.
Upon check in we keep 'Hey Google' playing and keeping some main lights turned on for a relaxing welcome. We also welcome our guests with a bottle of wine and a welcome card. Each room features a TV.
The southern rear exposure offers direct sunlight for the home, its various activities at the property from the outdoor volleyball net, to games on the lanai, grilling, swimming in the pool, or playing board games. Our property also has 2 adult bikes, 1 kid bike, scooter, and a hover board. There is also workout equipment, beach chairs, and many other accessories available to you upon check-in.
We also keep a basket with coupons and other activities in the area for our guests to have the opportunity to look and check out during their stay if they choose to. If you choose to stay at the house your whole vacation you will be able to enjoy many activities there as well.
