Lovely Southampton Village Ranch, Heated SW Pool, Eat-In Kitchen, Large Yard+BBQ

The Property:
Our home is a very charming ranch that has undergone a number of renovations in the past few years. The eat-in kitchen was gutted and completely re-done with Silestone countertops and stainless steel appliances. It includes a peninsula that doubles as a breakfast bar for 3-4. The kitchen also has an eat-in nook 6-person table.

You'll have access to many amenities! We have 3 bicycles, a beach umbrellas and 6 chairs. Additionally, our expansive deck has a large propane BBQ grill and two outdoor tables with chairs with a combined seating for 12.

Our heated saltwater pool is a dream to enjoy for hours on end!

There are chaise lounges by the pool along with a side table. We also have some exercise equipment for those looking to keep in shape on top of all the biking and running, including a treadmill in the basement and pool workout floats.

Guests are eligible to purchase the coveted Village Beach pass. It is purchased from the Village of Southampton for $350. It allows parking at beaches not accessible by the non-Village public

Location:
We are located south of the highway in Southampton Village. Main Street with the movie theater, grade A shopping, and even better dining is only a 10 minute bicycle ride or short drive away.

The beaches are even closer. At just 2 miles flat to the nearest beach, you can ride a bike or take a jog and be on Southampton's beautiful sunny shore.

Getting Around:
Southampton is not known for its public transportation. However, the home has parking for up to 5 or 6 cars and we are located in a very convenient area that allows multiple routes into town or to the village beaches. Meaning, we are well connected to a number of inside roads that will help you avoid busy weekend traffic.

Southampton village house

We spent a long weekend in this house in September. The house is much nicer than the pictures! The backyard is large, quiet and private and you really don't get a sense of it from the pictures. The house is well-stocked, has a great location and suited everyone in the group.

Great home, beautiful outdoor space!

A very nice, clean, efficient home, in a great location! We walked through the beautiful homes, and just a few minutes drive to a gorgeous beach and Southampton town. The backyard with its spacious deck and very nice pool are the stars here. We spent most of our time poolside, and ate all of our meals on the patio. The kitchen is upgraded/modern and has everything we needed. Instructions were clear and well-documented. And the owner, Lucas, was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He answered all of my questions from the time we booked through the weekend. Highly recommend!

A good place to stay in the Hamptons

Overall great, many bedrooms, good kitchen, nice backyard pool oasis. Description met expectations. Was charged out of my security deposit for "coffee stains on towels", and they needed to buy new towels. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Do you know how to use a washer and how many times I have spilled coffee and gotten it out. Host was slow to reply through check-in process, booking, and follow-up inquiries.

First and foremost Lucas is the most helpful and responsive owner I have ever rented from in the Hamptons. The house is conveniently located and the backyard is great. The layout of the house is a bit awkward and some rooms could use a little updating. On the whole, a great rental with a terrific owner!

Very centrally located in a quiet neiborhood. House was very adequate & functional for our needs.

Nice deck area with pool & large back yard. Large kitchen a plus! Only negative is that the bathrooms are small but since an older home, that was the style at the time of construction but they are very adequate. I rate the home & amenities a 4 Star.

Perfect Southampton Weekend Getaway!

My girl friends and I needed a vacation away from the city and found Lucas' lovely property. It is located in a quiet area that is central to the beach, the village, and other beautiful homes. The pool was a perfect and necessary staple of the home. Everything was so easily accessible and the home had all the amenities we needed. Lucas was helpful, responsive, and courteous regarding all of our questions and I can honestly say that I would book his home again!

Wonderful Southhampton stay!

A group of my girlfriends and I wanted a weekend getaway outside of the city and it was the perfect home! The backyard/pool was the perfect setting to lounge and cookout! The house was incredibly clean and spacious. We were a quick 10 minute drive into town and bars. Lucas was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We definitely hope to be back next summer!!

Great place! Homey house great pool and yard!

Stayed here with my family. It was really homey feeling and cozy. Not too far from Southampton downtown and the beach by an easy car or bike ride. It has a great pool area that was great for just relaxing between activities. Would recommend to anyone.
