The Property:
Our home is a very charming ranch that has undergone a number of renovations in the past few years. The eat-in kitchen was gutted and completely re-done with Silestone countertops and stainless steel appliances. It includes a peninsula that doubles as a breakfast bar for 3-4. The kitchen also has an eat-in nook 6-person table.
You'll have access to many amenities! We have 3 bicycles, a beach umbrellas and 6 chairs. Additionally, our expansive deck has a large propane BBQ grill and two outdoor tables with chairs with a combined seating for 12.
Our heated saltwater pool is a dream to enjoy for hours on end!
There are chaise lounges by the pool along with a side table. We also have some exercise equipment for those looking to keep in shape on top of all the biking and running, including a treadmill in the basement and pool workout floats.
Guests are eligible to purchase the coveted Village Beach pass. It is purchased from the Village of Southampton for $350. It allows parking at beaches not accessible by the non-Village public
Location:
We are located south of the highway in Southampton Village. Main Street with the movie theater, grade A shopping, and even better dining is only a 10 minute bicycle ride or short drive away.
The beaches are even closer. At just 2 miles flat to the nearest beach, you can ride a bike or take a jog and be on Southampton's beautiful sunny shore.
Getting Around:
Southampton is not known for its public transportation. However, the home has parking for up to 5 or 6 cars and we are located in a very convenient area that allows multiple routes into town or to the village beaches. Meaning, we are well connected to a number of inside roads that will help you avoid busy weekend traffic.
