Bus, tramways, parkings publics, commerces, cinémas , restaurants et centre historique sont tout proches. Le centre des congrès, les hôpitaux sont facilement accessibles en tramways. La navette pour Vulcania ou pour le puy de dôme passe juste à côté de la maison.
Cette maisonnette a son entrée indépendante et un jardinet privé. Elle jouxte une maison d'hôtes ou vous pourrez venir prendre les petits déjeuners si vous le souhaitez.
