The property was as advertised (accurate photos and listing) with a nice ocean view off the back deck, which is shaded in the afternoon/evening. I inquired about beach umbrellas and chairs for planning purposes and while the listing said they were there, Bluewater responded to my inquiry to bring our own or we could rent them. We brought our own and were glad we did since there did not appear to be any on beach rentals nor were there any at the condo. Again, just important for planning purposes, not a negative. The Pebble Beach property itself had community sand toys available. We were pleased with the 2 outdoor pools, both with kid pools and enjoyed the tennis/pickleball courts at night under the lights.
