Screened Patio on Pickwick River- Boat & RV Parking, Fishing Pier- Dogs allowed

Unfortunately we have as many actual beds in the home as will fit. As mentioned in the listing we have a king, a queen, and two twins in the daybed room. We also provide a queen blow up, 2 twin blow ups, a twin rollaway and a crib. So there are enough beds to sleep 11 grown ups and an infant. For a 3 bedroom house that's a lot! And! We are upfront about them so you know before you book. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

We did fire our cleaner based on your complaints. We have hired a new cleaner who is MUCH better! I did try to offer a discount and you declined. Glad you enjoyed your visit! The area is an awesome place to hang out!

We ask upon arrival for any feedback on how you find the property. We did not hear from you once your entire stay. If I'd known these issues existed, I would have sent the cleaner back because that is unacceptable. We have a different cleaner filling in for ours while her ankle is broken and honest feedback is necessary to ensure it is rectified. I will make sure that this doesn't happen moving forward because we set a high standard of cleanliness in our properties. Shocked to hear about the beds. They aren't all the same brands and we've had many requests for info on where they were purchased because guests love them.

Regarding the coffee maker, we appreciate you mentioning it. We actually provide a single‑serve system as mentioned in our listing rather than a 5‑cup machine, So it sounds like there may have been a mix‑up or a machine left by a past guest. We’ll double‑check to make sure everything is clearly labeled for future guests. As for the outdoor area, you’re absolutely right — being on the river and across from the sod farm means we get dust, cobwebs, and debris more quickly than a typical neighborhood home which we also mention in our introductory messages and again on the refrigerator with our house info. Even with regular cleanings, nature tends to move in fast. We’re happy you enjoyed the river views and watching the tow boats go by — it really is a special spot. Thank you again for staying with us!
