This unique 100 year old log cabin sits next to the banks of the Chestatee River. We sterilize everything and “ozonate every room after each stay to assure that there isn’t anything you wouldn’t want to take home with you left behind. 3 bedrooms and a master suite. 2 full baths. All stone and log construction. Large kitchen with a fireplace, large living room with a fireplace, game room, reading area and a solarium. All the rooms have a view of the Chestatee River. The cabin was previously owned by writer Hugh Wilson which wrote such great movies as "Police Academy", "First Wives Club", and the TV series "WKRP in Cincinnati" The Cabin is within minutes of some of the best wineries in the world and also just down the road from "The Dahlonega Square" with a bunch of great shops where you can shop til you drop or where you can pan for gold or visit the historic gold museum.
