(D) Loft Studio Just Off Park Ave.
Gorgeous and well designed apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps 2 guests with the possibility of a third guest on the sofa bed. The unit features include a Queen size bed, Sofa bed, private kitchen and bath.
We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival.
New renovation with brand new floors, fresh and clean and welcoming. Comfort like no hotel can provide. Feel at home yet be on vacation. Not easy to find in Manhattan, especially at our rates.
Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rental. There is one flat screen television for your viewing pleasure.
Street parking close to building.
Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $50 for arrivals between 5-8PM.
Departure is prior to 11AM.

It was lovely to host Chloe. As this summer was extraordinary warm, because the rate includes all her costs including air conditioning, electric, wifi, end of stay cleaning fee and insurance, Chloe benefitted from the rate as we had not anticipated such a warm summer.

Very convenient location for the 6 train, right around the corner. Groceries & Laundry within two minutes walking. Apt itself was as advertised, no surprises.

Having Nathan all summer was just great. He was a wonderful guest and we are so pleased he enjoyed the studio with the subway on the corner, amazing cafe in the building, food stores on the block and Central Park down the street.
We hope to host him again.
