This one bedroom Sonoran Sun condo offers a spectacular ocean view and is located on the best beach in Rocky Point. Relax in comfort while gazing over the blue-green Sea of Cortez from your 7th floor balcony.

This condo offers 734 square feet of living space and your own 178 square foot balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a mid-day snack or full meal. This one bedroom condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably and is a favorite among returning guests.

When not enjoying the view from the condo, spend time relaxing in one of three pools, the hot tub or dining at the onsite restaurant. Condo is conveniently located within one mile of several nightclubs and restaurants. Condo is equipped with a secure wifi signal for internet access and HD flat screen televisions in both the living room and bedroom.

Saltwater and Solitude

Great Property. Arriving early the staff at the property allowed us to get our wristbands early. Having our belongings in the truck, we were assured that no one would bother the items and that the property had security walking around. We made our way to the pool and beach area where we enjoyed adult beverages while we waited for our condo. Got in to the condo around 2pm. It was clean, fresh linens and the balcony was perfect overlooking the pool and beach area. Overall, this property is 5*. Great accommodations and the gym fit my needs for the week. Special thanks to Boris, we will be back.

Lovely couples getaway

My wife and I booked this sweet, in this resort, do to the amenities and the distance to the beach and other fun areas close by. Boris was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made everything easy and seamless. We are already looking for to our next trip and we'll definitely be looking to get this suite and work with Boris in the future

Our room, and the property in general, were very clean and well-maintained. Pool was comfortable, and we had perfect weather during our stay. Located close to the Reef and several other favorite restaurants of ours. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved staying here! We felt like the ad online was a little vague about the beds, we were expecting two beds and instead it was one bed in the bedroom and a pullout bed in the couch in the living room. But overall it was a lovely stay with a beautiful view, very enjoyable and beautiful pools, and the beach access was awesome!

Rocky Point get away

We always stay at the Sanoran Sun when we visit Rocky Point. This was the first time in E711 condo and we truly enjoyed it. The outdoor furniture is always important and Boris provided very comfortable glider chairs and a table&4chairs. The view is breathtaking and we spend a lot of time on the balcony. The Cal King was perfect for my 6ft4 husband. Will choose E711 again.

Sonoran sun is a great place to stay with kids! It’s clean, friendlu staff and lots to do. I wish they had a pool that’s temperature was in between the warm pool and cold pool but the kids loved the warm pool. Great atmosphere and very clean!

Well appointed. A view to die for.

I was extremely pleased with my stag the host was more than gracious the condo was well appointed really nice balcony with furniture overlooking the ocean million dollar view. Close to town but yet far enough away. I had such a wonderful time very peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anybody!!

I am a frequent Puerto Penasco traveler. I’ve stayed in a number of resorts and houses over the years. We stayed in this one bedroom condo for four nights over New Years. We really enjoyed the condo, it was clean, well maintained, the communication leading up to the trip was good. It was very cold during our stay so this condo was awesome because it faced the sunset. So each night as it cooled down the direct sun exposure warmed up the patio enough to hang out on. My four stars is not a ding on this unit. I try to fairly rate everyone. This unit although clean and accommodating could use some updating. I would stay here again without a second thought.

This condo was perfect and the view outstanding! Will be back for sure. The condo and all the public areas were so clean, secure and we had a great experience all the way around. The owner was fabulous with checking in with up prior, during and after our stay. My only recommendation for future renters is bring your own towels, shampoo, conditioner. Only two bath towels are given and they did have soap and shampoo but it wouldn't have been enough if we didn't bring our own for four days. GREAT vacation--thank you Boris!

Wonderful condo

We loved the condo. It was perfect for our stay at Sandy Beach. The condo is nicely decorated, the furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. Of course, the patio is fantastic and provides a full view of the beach and water. The owner is great to work with; all the information we needed was provided before our arrival and he also called to make sure we had everything. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. We will definitely return to this condo in our future visits.

We fell in love with Rocky Point during our honeymoon. The piercing clear blue water of the Sea of Cortez is warm and inviting. We instantly fell in love with the Sandy Beach area and ultimately purchased two properties at the Sonoran Sun. Rocky Point is known for its friendly locals, authentic Mexican food as well as the countless activities available for the entire family.

What makes this property unique

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals without the need for dining out. This condo is truly a beachfront home and has a great deal more space than a hotel room. We offer free Wi-Fi access to all our guests and a free phone line to any USA phone number. High end furnishings and flat screen televisions allow for a relaxing atmosphere when not at the beach or poolside.
