Our newly renovated condo is conveniently located and directly overlooks the pond and fountains. The private balcony includes ample patio furniture, where you can dine al fresco. This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main area has a large living room, dining area and open kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. Primary bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite full bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Both guest bedrooms are generously sized, cozy, and comfortable, with a king size bed in the second guest room, and two twin XL beds in the third guest room. The second full bathroom is easily accessible throughout the condo. All furniture, paint, flooring, kitchen countertops, toilets, ceiling fan, TVs, hot water, and AC are new for the 2024 season. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals and all new stainless-steel appliances. Both the refrigerator and sink include newly installed *Hydroviv Water Filter Systems to provide safe and great tasting water! For the coffee lovers, there is a 2-in-1 drip/K-cup coffee maker with supplies. Pack lighter because a Linen & Towel package is included, with your beds already made! The building features an elevator with the unit located on the 3rd floor.
