Known for its vast array of museums, parks, athletic fields, and live music venues - there is no lack of things to do in Phoenix. In the winter and summertime, pool passes are available at the esteemed Biltmore for fun and recreation. Piestewa Peak offers amazing hiking and sightseeing opportunities. Other popular attractions nearby include Wrigley Mansion, Desert Storm Park, Carnival of Illusion, The Van Buren, and the Phoenix Museum of Art. Golf is popular year-round.

Bright and airy, the brick-lined interior of your stay provides a peaceful landing pad for your downtime. Get comfortable and enjoy the living room's oversized sofa and large smart TV. When you get hungry, the well-equipped kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, wooden block countertops, and a quaint breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, there is a sizable dining table available for family-style meals.

Lovingly splashed in natural lighting, the bedrooms are equally inviting, all adorned with soft linens and ceiling fans. A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access tie together the interior amenities.

Outside, the enclosed yard features a lovely, private patio.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
We periodically receive "flood irrigation" water which sometimes is delivered in the early morning or late evening. This results in 6" of water in the front and backyards that starts in the back and works its way around to the front yard. It usually soaks in about 3 hours, after which you can walk in the yard. It is common throughout our neighborhood. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
