Welcome to your desert oasis, a 2-bedroom brick home tucked on a quiet street in the heart of Tucson! The space has a peaceful, Southwestern vibe with midcentury flavor. It features a shaded front patio with outdoor seating, living room drenched with natural light, fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, washer/dryer in unit and comfortable bedrooms with pressure-relief queen size beds. Enjoy an outdoor shower and soak under the stars in the {shared} hot tub out back.

The space
Our Southwestern home offers a slice of serenity just a stone’s throw from the city’s central gems. It was designed to be a place of calm retreat, to unwind and relax after a day of exploration.

The house is located at the end of the street which offers privacy. Cozy up in the eclectic living room for conversation or good reading. Intentional by design - there is no TV in the property to encourage space to unplug and connect. Enjoy a meal at the 4 person table inside or out on the shaded front patio (a 2-person bistro).

You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, water filtration in faucet, 4 burner-stove, microwave, and new dishwasher. Cook to your heart’s delight using non-stick pots & kitchen essentials. Coffee & tea provided with several methods of making for our morning beverage lovers.

Rinse off the day’s adventure in a newly renovated bathroom with stone floor tile and a waterfall shower or unwind out back in a shared hot tub that can seat up to five, located in a private backyard.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom Sonoran Sanctuary (aka the front brick house). This includes the front yard space. Kindly note that the backyard is reserved for casita guests or the hosts but you may enter the backyard to take advantage of the shared hot tub and outdoor shower.

The shared spaces include: the hot tub, the outdoor shower (required to rinse off prior to getting in the hot tub).

Other things to note: As mentioned, there is no TV. We encourage you to unplug. WIFI is available.

This home is available for longer term rentals 4-12 weeks from mid May thru Mid September. Send a message if you are interested.
