We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit nightly as well as the heated patio. Beautiful home with some fun and unique amenities.

This house is stunning. Everything is top of the line and there is space for everyone and everything you want to do. The hot tub is nestled right on the edge of the mountain and the outdoor firepit is a nice touch. The master suite made me never want to leave. If you’re looking for luxury, this is it!

thanks so much for leaving us a review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Hope we can welcome you back again in the future! Best, Summer V. Guest Service Manager.
Despite the size, style, and location of the house being impressive, the state of the property upon arrival was very disappointing. There were dead bugs throughout (to the point that it was difficult to feel comfortable) - on floors, furniture, window sills, in sinks, closets. There were dirty plates in the cupboard, a shredded dish cloth caught in the garburator, a soiled toilet seat, and much of the main floor hardwood was dirty. The hot tub was also stone cold and unusable for 2 days until the unit was serviced and the water reached temperature. Garage parking was limited due to owners' possessions. There was also no way to lock the property unless you exited through an overhead garage door, which was inconvenient (we realize the community is gated, but many times the gate was left open). Our concerns with cleanliness were communicated to Stay Montana the evening we arrived, and a housecleaner was sent out the following day. However, she literally accomplished nothing despite knowing our concerns and left the home in the same state as it was found (which was bizarre and frustrating).

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that the home did not meet your expectations upon arrival and that your concerns regarding cleanliness were not fully addressed during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we apologize for the frustration it caused.
We appreciate that you communicated the issues promptly, and we will be reviewing this with our housekeeping and operations teams to ensure these matters are addressed and do not happen in the future. We also regret the inconvenience with the hot tub, parking, and property access, and we are reviewing procedures to better communicate and manage these details for our guests.
We value your feedback as it helps us improve our guest experience, and we hope you might consider Stay Montana for future trips so we can provide the high standard of service we strive for. - Stay Montana Management
