Cozy studio condo located on a deep water canal and Dexter Lake just off the Packery Channel with access to Corpus Christi Bay. Relax in the pool, by the canal, fishing, or spend your days at the beach - a short 10 minute walk or a minute drive in a ATV/Golf cart to Whitecap Beach.
You can fish just steps away from your doorstep and the pool overlooks the canal so you can enjoy the view and watch the sunset while swimming.

The room was clean and the host responded quickly. Unfortunately, everything was perfect except that the lights didn't work in the kitchen. I'll be back next time I have a chance.

Amazing Condo at an Affordable Price

My wife and were searching for a quick weekend vacation and came across this Condo. We decided to book based on affordability but did not expect much in way of accommodations and location; boy were we wrong. This was an amazing stay! The condo has everything you need from cooking utensils to spices, we literally only needed to bring our clothes. The condo also provides a pool and fishing doc. There was a nice little restaurant, The Docks, within walking distance that had okay food but did provide live music entertainment which was a plus. Location was excellent, close to the Beach and close to Corpus Christi attractions. If your looking for an affordable get away, this is a great choice!

This unit had some issues. Namely the television did not work at all. Since we got hit with bad weather, it would have been nice to watch some tv. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work at all. The host was non-responsive, and did not return messages regarding these problems, but he got paid. I probably would have been a little more understanding if he would have acknowledged my attempts to reach out during our stay. I recommend looking elsewhere for lodging.
