This completely renovated and spacious apartment will instantly make you feel at home. Located in the peaceful neighborhood Prague Smíchov, it is the perfect place for couples, professionals and families. With three uniquely themed bedrooms (Cozy Sunset, Banana Forest and Ocean Blue) and two marble bathrooms, the apartment offers comfort and space for up to six people.

The location is only a three-minute walk to the banks of the famous Vltava River and close to major landmarks such as the Dancing House, Charles Bridge and the Petřín Tower. With many shops, supermarkets and restaurants, the surrounding area offers plenty of options for exploration and is only a short walking distance to the city centre. All public transportation routes (tram Zborovská, metro Anděl, bus station Na Knížecí) are easily accessible by walk.

You can enjoy a fully equipped, modern kitchen with stoves, oven, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher, comfortable (super) king sized beds, work desks with high-speed wifi, relaxation area with a comfortable sofa. And of course, washing machine, detergents, iron, hairdryer, clean towels, linen and toiletries are all provided.

Prague stay

Property was very convenient to visit many of the best sights Prague has to offer. The bedroom and bathroom situation worked out nicely for two couples. The kitchen was adequately stocked and was a good meeting area after a long sightseeing day in the city!

Great location

This was a great place to stay for the week. Local neighbourhood and good connectivity to other areas in the city. Fully renovated, but it doesn't have a 'living room' per se, and there aren't any TVs which was weird. Otherwise it was fully kitted out and very homey. Landlord was very responsive as well.

Pros: Very clean. Good communication. Nice check-in. Great place. Cons: The only thing that was really frustrating is that there is NO dryer. Kind of a deceptive description. And parking is really tricky if you drive.

Great Rental!

Some friends and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Prague and the apartment was perfect! Both Dasha and Mi Lan were very nice and helpful during the booking process and helped us check in the night we arrived. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with very comfortable beds and plenty of space. It was walking distance to Old Town plus several bus and train stops close by that could take you anywhere you would want to go in the city. Both hosts were very prompt with responses to any questions we had and were very helpful though the whole process.Excellent apartment!10/10!

Prague Trip

The apartment is very nice and fully modernised with a high standard of fit and finish with good quality appliances throughout. There is no sitting room/lounge area but the kitchen is nice place to gather and pretty comfortable and after all, you don't really go Prague to sit in an apartment. The location is in a residential area with a few nice bars and restaurants nearby and it's nice not to be directly in the centre which can be very busy. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes to walk into the centre, this wasn't an issue for us. Dasha was very responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We all enjoyed our stay here.
