The home’s flexible layout provides comfortable gathering space for family game nights and shared meals, along with a bonus area well suited for puzzles, reading, or a quiet break from the sun.

Outside, a spacious deck surrounded by native trees creates a peaceful setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A large outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after long beach days—one of the small but important comforts that makes settling in for the week feel effortless.

The beach is just 528 feet from the front door, an easy walk for morning swims or sunset strolls. Guests also enjoy gated beach parking with handicap access and outdoor showers located approximately 200 steps away, offering added convenience for days when you want to bring chairs, umbrellas, or beach gear.

Surf/Break includes access to multiple neighborhood parks on both the ocean and sound, featuring private boat ramps with parking, a kayak launch, pier, basketball courts, covered picnic areas, grills, playgrounds, and scenic sunset viewing. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
