About this property
Yellowstone Park, Big Sky, Airport: Bozeman Area Modern Nordic House
King and Queen beds, NO cleaning fees, family friendly….15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, Belgrade features a true Montana flavor all its own with a brewery(Voted Best of 2025), distillery, and restaurants; all within walking distance.
This stunning stand alone home has tons of natural light with filtered views of the Bridgers. Less than five-years-old, the unique modern design featuring a floating staircase of wood and steel. The upstairs features two bedrooms upstairs, nicely separated, each at the far ends of the house. Bedroom one has a king size bed, whereas bedroom two has a queen. Full bathroom with shower and tub upstairs, plus a 1/2 bath downstairs for your convenience. Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal. Seating areas indoors and out. Fantastic backyard includes a firepit and outdoor dining table. On that note . . . be sure to grab some firewood at the roadside stands or the grocery store.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire stand-alone home and one mighty fine guitar.
When you’re ready to venture out, the West Yellowstone and Gardiner entrances to Yellowstone National Park are an easy 1.5 hr drive, you can even do a loop if you're feeling ambitious.
Skiing and Snowboarding? Bridger Bowl (the "locals" mountain, just 30 minutes) and Big Sky (world class resort, just 55 minutes) are straight shots without even getting on the interstate.
The list goes on, and on, and on: Mountain Biking, Fishing, Hiking, Shopping, Dancing, Hot Springs...Enjoy!
Staying in? Enjoy the 55" smart TV that conveniently folds out from the wall, connect to all you favorite streaming services. Or, disconnect and let your mind wander through our world class collection of fine art photography books. As lifelong collectors, we've sprinkled a number of curiosities throughout the house to peak your interest. Additionally, well loved games and toys for kids and adults can be found in the pantry.
This home is located in a long-term residential area. Please be respectful of your neighbors by keeping voices down when entering and exiting the property and using outdoor spaces. Quiet hours, particularly in the outdoor spaces, are 10PM to 9AM.
This property is a true delight and will inspire you in both design and location.

About the host
Hosted by Mike Delao
Hello! I'm Jacob Grossi. I was born and raised in Montana, my wife Zelda is from Vermont, where we have lived for the last 20 years before embarking on our current adventure as a travel nurse on mobile book editor. Now that the kids are grown, we wanted a Montana house for visiting friends and relatives and to share with new friends and old.
To make all things possible, we were blessed to find our property manager Mike. As you will surely see, he is a local gem and goes above and beyond to make your experience delightful.

Why they chose this property
Let's face it. As the "Last Best Place" Montana has grown, and there are plenty of cookie cutter tract homes or "Montana Ranches" you can rent. While this home is obviously modern and unique(well, actually one of a set of 4 Nordic Homes, modeled after the "railroad shotgun houses" of years gone by), the home is in an actual older neighborhood that is socially and economically diverse…you might even meet an actual Montanan. You can walk 10 min to the historic downtown Belgrade with a coffee shop, grocery stores and restaurants including Bar 3 Bar-B-Q which was voted 2025's Best Small Brewery and then dip back into the neighborhood...you could literally fly in, take an 5 minute Uber ride from the airport to the house, and walk to everything you need.
Oh and the fishing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and scenery including Yellowstone park aren't half bad either.... :o) Bozeman is 15 minutes without even getting on the interstate. Big Sky is less than an hour, Bridger Bowl 30 min, and either entrance to Yellowstone is 1.5 hours(makes a great loop!).

What makes this property unique
....all of the above. And did we mention one mighty fine guitar?
