Nicely remodeled 3BD/2BA townhouse, including whole house filtration system and steam room. House is Centrally located in old town Scottsdale. Close to shopping centers, mall, golf courses, ballpark, restaurants, clubs and entertainments. Come Relax and enjoy the beautiful desert. The house has Nice entry-way where you can also sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Large master BD has cozy King bed with private bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has queen size and a pull out twin bed ottoman. Third BD has queen bed and separate living area. Home has plenty of amities. Walking distance from Scottsdale entertainment zone and restaurants.
Walk to Chaparral Park; 100-acre public park that has swimming pool & fishing lake, plus sports courts & a playground. MINUTES from Salt River Fields, Scottsdale Stadium, Top Golf, Talking Stick Casino. We are 1/4 mile from W Hotel Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.
Parking is available on Driveway and you may park directly in front of the home.

Please gather all trash, including bathrooms and put them in the trash bin located on the left side of the parking driveway.
To help is repair for next guests, please place all dirty dishes and utensils in dishwasher and start the wash cycle .
If you rearranged any furnitures, please place them back where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
