The entrance area, stairs, etc. is in need of repair, but the rooms are much better than first impressions would indicate. However, there was only one bowl for 3 of us (in a place that could hold 4), only one frying pan (no other pots), and neither the hair dryer or remote on the TV worked (probably due to dead batteries), so there was no way to turn it on. You probably shouldn't plan on doing much cooking, and purchase coffee pods, sugar, etc., in advance. Also, there was indeed some mold in the shower, as others have reported, and the host never responded to my requests for more bowls, remote batteries, etc., but the location is good.

This is a nice location and the room looks exactly like the photos. It is easy to access the City from here, however when we arrived we found multiple roaches running around when we unpacked and got settled. We took photos immediately and contacted the host. We stated that we were not staying there and would like a refund, the host came and tried to say that he stayed in the apartment an hour and did not see any roaches. AGAIN, THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES AND THE HOST WILL NOT REFUND YOU.

Just what I needed for a weekend at a conference. Cheaper than the big hotel and with plenty of space, including a kitchen to avoid the hefty prices for breakfast and dinner.

Lots of issiesy

Sheets were soft and bed was very comfortable. Issues with WiFi n heat n roku controller, kitchen floor was dirty and hair plastered to the shower wall.

I got there around 6pm and checked in. Maybe a half an hour later the host came by and said they thought they forgot to clean the room before I got there. I only took a glance at the place and thought it was clean so I told the host it looked fine and he left. I left for dinner and when I came back I took a closer look at everything and realized he was right the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but it was too late to get it cleaned. There was someone else's hair everywhere. They were able to clean it the next day, but the shower still had some hair on the walls. The bedding was switched to something clean but there were visible stains on the comforter and a small blood stain a hole on the sheets. The dining chairs also had visible stains on them. Something else I discovered was that the shower floor had a lot of mold, which was not shown in the photos (also gross). It made me quite uncomfortable and when I would shower I didn't feel totally clean. I contacted VRBO support for help and they spoke with the host who agreed to a partial refund. Overall the experience was not great, but it was pretty affordable so I guess you get what you pay for. I do wish there were more towels so I could dry dishes. I also would have preferred a clean sponge to clean dishes with. Other than that it's in a great location but that's not enough of a benefit to stay here again.
