Welcome to our spacious renovated 3-bed, 2-bath haven in Venice, FL—just a 6-minute retreat from the renowned Venice Beach. Unwind in the backyard oasis with a charming pool, indulge in barbecues with our grill, and relish the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. Your pets are welcome, making it an ideal spot for creating cherished family memories. Discover the perfect blend of comfort and leisure for an unforgettable vacation.

Things to know:
*If you are traveling with small children, we will provide a playpen, a high chair, and a small bath seat for an infant.
*We have a security camera facing the driveway to ensure the safety of our guests.
*$50 per extra guest per night (after the 8th guest).
*Pool cleaning occurs every Monday. Please wait two hours before entering the pool once the cleaning is completed.

Beautiful home

A great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for family. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Pool is a nice amenity. Downside is needing to drive anywhere you want to go. We rented bikes and rode the trails.

Traveled with my two daughters and these owners are next level, I will not have room on this review to list all the issues. Started with email day before check in with list of penalties/rules, one being $500 charge per previously undisclosed occupant, as a courtesy I informed them I have a service dog. The reply was to charge me a fee for that which is against VRBO policy and against the law for service animals. I politely let them know that but then proceeded to disparage me/pressure me over not wanting to pay this fee. Neighborhood is run down, did not feel safe. 1 minute after my daughters left house, someone then tried to gain entry into the house and luckily I was there with my service dog, they said they saw via camera thought we left and no one was home. Last minute email about fees also included quiet hours at 8pm and if neighbor complains it is immediate removal from house and forfeit all your money. Felt watched, paranoid and unsafe the whole time. This is quite over the top.

Wow what a surprise. You did not mention any of these complaints to us. 1. All owners have fees to prevent any unknown guest and any loud noises/ parties at their home, that is standard. 2. I kindly asked if you could cover a cleaning fee for your animal as my staff charges me when any animal is in the home, and when you disagreed I told you that I was prepared to cover the cost (no pressure there at all). 3. This is an amazing neighborhood and all of our previous guest have felt completely safe. 4. We have no knowledge of anyone gaining access to the home and you did not mention this to us at all. 5. Maybe a hotel would be a better fit for you and your family. We only had great things to say about you and your stay as you never mentioned any issues to us.
