The pictures do not do the property justice. This unit is nicely stocked, clean and it is literally steps away from the beach and ocean. My family has stayed here many times and always look forward to going back.

Family Getaway

The home was beautiful! Very nice neighborhood and the beach was just steps away. Each room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the beach from the kitchen made cooking enjoyable. My family is so thankful for the opportunity to gather together in such a wonderful home.

Great beach stay

Wonderful location steps from the ocean. Spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen (except the oven did not work while we were there, mgnt tried fixing, but was unsuccessful). Beautiful fireplace to take the chill away and watching/listening to the waves was awesome. Firepit outside was put to good use.

Family vacation

The beach house was perfect for our family. Love how the there was two living rooms, one with the TV and other with fireplace. Lots of room in the kitchen to cook, bedroom’s also had plenty of room. My son had a pack and play that fit perfect in there bedroom. I would recommend this beach house to family and friends.

Can't be beat!

Of course, Sand Dollar (La Selva/Manresa) Beach is a good start as this development has views, privacy & beach access that can't be beaten. This specific unit is one of the best I have seen (after a lifetime of visiting this area). It has been tastefully redone, is in good shape, and has all the amenities you could possibly need.

Beautiful home

This house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful home, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and very comfortable. It has everything you need (games, movies, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, miscellaneous kitchen items/dishes and utensils, beach chairs and boogie boards). The house was freezing upon arrival but the fireplace does a nice job heating up the home quickly. A huge plus is that it’s right on the beach with direct access from the bottom floor. Kendall Potter was helpful and responsive to all questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Awesome Property with Even Better Beach Access

This place is a favorite of ours that keeps us coming back. The layout of the main living area is great for activities like building puzzles or playing games while listening to the relaxing sounds of the rolling waves of the ocean. The kitchen is big enough and well appointed to cook for 8 or more. The bedrooms are decent sized with beds that are comfortable and have a good amount of storage. The bathrooms are well equipped with quality materials throughout. Where this property really shines is with its access to the beach. The huge, quiet beach is just a few steps away from the property. It's a perfect place for the family to play beach games, build a sand castle, or just set up a chair and relax to the sounds of the ocean. The biggest negatives are that one bedroom is exposed to the main living area so its not great for kids if the adults want to stay up late. Additionally some of the appliances are showing a bit of wear and there is carpet throughout that's starting to show its age. None of these are enough of a hinderance to keep us from coming back and didn't affect our stay much at all.

Amazing location, amazing views.

This property is in a great location and has an amazing view of the ocean - watching the sunsets from the upper deck was one of our favorite things to do. The layout of the main living area is very functional with two separate sitting spaces, a nicely appointed kitchen, and a dining table with great views of the ocean. For families only needing 3 bedrooms (or parties that need four bedrooms that all plan on going to bed at the same time) the layout of this house will be perfect. You will never tire of looking at the ocean while laying in bed from either of the king bedrooms. For us the fourth bedroom was a bit of an inconvenience because it is actually open to the main living space - it's more of a loft than a stand alone bedroom. Those staying in that room can hear everything happening in the main living space.

Location, location, location!

The unit was nice, updated and very clean. Beach access could not have been better!! With kids it’s perfect!! Plenty of parking for our needs. The only negative in this beautiful rental was that the owner has the only food pantry to the kitchen locked. Being a 4 night minimum rental, we brought quite a bit of food with us but had no where to put it other than on top of the counters in the kitchen, leaving very little room for meal prep and leaving some in coolers on the floor taking up quite a bit of space in the family room. You do also need to supply your own trash bags, as they left only 2, which are needed on day of check out to replace. Also, bring your own TP and paper towels, not only was this very limited, but quality very poor that we used our own. Otherwise...we do plan on staying again soon. The location cannot be beat!
