Wake up to the the rooster crowing, the crash of the ocean waves, smell the beautiful flowers and relax! Ideal spot for surfing at walking distance from property during the winter months. Catch the most beautiful sunsets, while renting this cozy efficiency apartment; located on a 2nd. flr. of a private beachfront home, with an equipped kitchen, terrace, front porch and off street parking. Include: stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kitchen table & chairs, (1) Queen and (1) double bed, 5' ottoman , smart TV with free channels, hot water, and a split unit (18,000btu) air conditioner. Also for your convenience beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler and towels. This apartment is located closed to restaurants, surfing areas (ie. tablerock) and more.

The house is equipped with a 670 galons reserved water tank, backup solar power, generator and the property gate is electric with beeper.

This property is located on Camino Playa where there is a strip of local bar/restaurants withing walking distance. You could also take photos with the art pieces located along the coast from the "Guardianes de la Costa of Aguada Crasftmans" (Guardian of the Coast).

From the gate to the right at about a 10 minute walk from the house there is the Puerta del Descubrimiento plaza, where you could take a free trolley ride to town center, supermarkets, etc. The Trolley runs Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. No service on weekends. On Saturdays afternoon there is a Craftsman's shop where you could buy hand made souvenirs, specialty candy, breads and more.

To the left of the gate , at walking distance there is Pico Piedra beach with gazebos, showers, bathrooms, etc.

To either side from the gate you will find bar, restaurants, Tip Top Acai bowls and a lot more.

NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR UP TO TWO (2) CHILDRENS UNDER 12 WHILE ACCOMPAYING BY AN ADULT.

Beautiful location on the beach - you can hear the waves from the window, Aguada was our favorite town, there’s so many things to do very close by (like Gozalandia waterfall), and Miggie is one of the nicest people!!We loved our stay here and seriously cannot recommend this place enough

Lovely place, great location

We Love it here! This is our second year staying in this place and want to return next year. It’s so close to several restaurants with great food and ocean views. We have traveled up and down the West coast of PR and find this to be a good central point to stay while we do day trips.

What a great place!

A friend and I came to the Rincon area to hunt for seaglass and found nice pieces of seaglass right on the beach in front of Miggies place! It was a very comfortable and cute apartment right between Rincon and Aguadilla, a perfect location. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance and we never had to drive for dinner. We felt very safe in the area and loved the apartment. I would highly recommend!

First, the open line of communication with Miggie during the arrival process and throughout our stay put us at ease. The accommodations were very comfortable, A/C, cooking utensils, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and not to mention the private balcony. We absolutely loved our time in our apartment. It was right across from the water and just a short walk to several restaurants. It’s in the perfect location! WOW!

You wake up to the peaceful sound of the ocean. Absolute wonderful view. Miggie and Jose were so hospitable I almost forgot I wasn’t home. Anything you need, from directions to best panaderia, to where to rent a car - just ask Miggie. Both were great hosts. I will definitely return. Until then, I’ll miss them.

Wonderful time at the beachfront

We stayed a whole week at this apartment for a vacation. The apartment is not new, but very clean and equips everything we need. Location cannot be better, its just in front of the beach where beautiful sunset can be viewed. I played surfing at Aguada area, walking distance from the place and at Rincon area, within 30min by car. Miggie and Jose were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant thanks to their support. We will be back to their home when we have next chance to PR.

Glad we chose to stay here!

My husband and I had previously been to Puerto Rico and stayed in San Juan. We decided to come back and brought our teenage son. We considered staying in San Juan again since that’s what we were familiar with, but decided to take a chance and try a different part of the island. Miggie was wonderful and made the check in process and our stay very easy, and also shared several tips for places to eat and things to check out. The space worked well for us and was within walking distance of several restaurants along the water. We loved staying on the west coast of the island and found we much prefer it over San Juan. Our apartment was within comfortable driving distance to a lot of things we wanted to do, we enjoyed hitting the beaches and the town of Rincón. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location.

My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic week in Puerto Rico and Miggie and José were the perfect hosts. The location was excellent on the west end in Aguada close to great beaches, towns, restaurants easy to walk to and accessible to points of interest. Communication with Miggie and José was super easy, convenient and they provided excellent recommendations. The beds were great, the apartment had everything we needed and we were provided with beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, a cooler and Miggie even bought a blender to make smoothies with fresh local fruit. Exactly as described, the sea was right out the front door and it was relaxing to hear the ocean when we weren't at the ocean. When I return to PR, I will definitely be returning to Aguada and Miggie and José's great apartment. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Great stay, Nice Vaca ;-)

Host's were very accommodating and have great suggestions if new to area. Nice waves right out front, and restaurants / beach bars all within walking distance. Need to rent a car or Uber for out of local area trips if desired (no buses). Couch is a futon bed if needed for extra sleeping arrangement, but not ideal if your a couch potato LOL. Host's provided us with a nice cooler, beach towels, umbrella, and chairs! Nice extra's for sure. Also nice patio with clothes line for hanging all of your wet beach attire. In addition a new washer/dryer++ yeah! TIP: Buy a $10 BBQ at grocery store for cooking out on the nice back patio (ie: hamburgers, hotdogs, etc) Thx Miggie & Jose for all the extra's provided !!!

Wonderful Hostess Fantastic Location To Relax

The property is located directly across from the ocean and beaches are within walking distance. What truly made the experience wonderful was Migga. She was very accommodating to my weird flight times and made the whole check in process very easy, despite arriving late at night. She is very kind. I am a solo female traveler and I felt safe the entire time. I love the terrace. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for simple, clean and affordable accommodations near fantastic deserted beaches.

José and I are outgoing people that likes to meet new people, very approachable and like to help others as needed. We enjoy bird watching, gardening, reading, playing with our dogs and walking on the beach. We know what I want in life, set goals and try hard to meet them.

Why they chose this property

The reason why I purchased this property was because I was born a few houses down from this one and grew up in another beach front property until the age of 15. I left to the US and every year on my vacation I would come back to visit. In one of my visits, found out the house was for sale, I didn't think twice to go for it. No regrets, I love the area. My property has the best of both worlds; town and country. It's located right across the street from the beach, has lots of trees for shade and fresh air, flower gardens, a home to many birds (love birds, cockatiels, parrots, pigeons, etc. In the back yard, there is a vegetable garden with fruit trees and a chicken coop for our fresh eggs and rabbits as pets. All these in a half acre beachfront corner lot!

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. It's unique location on the Northwest of PR.; within minutes of Rincon, Aguadilla beaches, a strip of sandy beach, walking distance to Pico Piedra beach area which is equipped with gazebos, bathrooms, outdoor showers, etc. This property is also located within walking distance of some of the finest restaurants in the area and bar/restaurants with occasional live music. Lots of the events carry out by the town of Aguada could be seen and/or participate without leaving the area, ie: the 5k racing and many more. Every day, locals enjoy doing a 1-3 mile walk along the shore and circle to uptown and back for a scenery exercise. During the winter months, we get lots of surfers to come in an visit Table rock (3-5 mins drive to property) and Rincon surfing areas.
