We went to this part of Florida to do some birding and just be by the ocean, so we just wanted a place to stay for a week where we could do our own cooking etc. This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, quiet, good location for doing day excursions and it was very comfortable. Stacy was excellent to work with before, during and after our stay. Should we ever go back to St. Augustine we would definitely book it again!

Very well stocked Condo! The hostess was very quick to answer any questions we had. Very clean, safe location with parking right outside front door. Location is exceptional to go to beach or historic downtown. Many great restaurants within 5 miles and the Ron Parker Memorial Recreation Park just down road on left! Plan to stay another time here when visiting St. Augustine. Thank You!

Stacy was great in accommodating some last minute changes to our schedule due to health issues. Dedicated parking for the unit was conveniently located right outside the front door. The unit was clean and located very close to the Ampitheater which was great. We will definitely remember this unit for future visits to St. Augustine.

I'm from western North Carolina, and my husband and I fell in love with St. Augustine on our first trip here. We eloped in St. Augustine and have vacationed here many times. We promised ourselves that someday we'd purchase a vacation rental here, and here we are! We put an enormous amount of attention and care into furnishing and decorating our condo so that guests would feel comfortable and enjoy staying here while also enjoying the best that St. Augustine has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Anastasia Island is a beautiful place to visit, and our condo is in the Salt Run end of the island, steps from downtown St. Augustine. The neighborhood in which the condo is located is quiet, low-key, and beautiful. Everything downtown has to offer is within walking distance, and the beach is just minutes by car.

What makes this property unique

The story behind the condo! Being from another state, we fell in love with St. Augustine immediately, and feel an incredible draw to the area. Salt Run is a stunning area of the island, and its proximity to everything is truly delightful to experience. We hope our attention to detail in furnishing our place shines through and our guests enjoy both the condo and its location as much as we do!
