Recent hurricanes update as of 12/27: Fence has missing sections throughout the yard (See two pictures) and replacement/install date is expected on 01/06! Roof has been replaced!
Saltwater pool home located in a quiet neighborhood under 4 miles to the beautiful beach of the Gulf of Florida. The home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a King bed in one and 2 queens in the other bedroom. The backyard! Is where you and your guests can enjoy the pool w/ a seating area where you can hangout and cook on the grill. Bring Fido too! All private and fenced!

- Pool is not heated but it gets great direction to the sun.
- The property is regularly monitored and treated by a professional pest control company to minimize insect intrusion. While efforts are made to prevent bugs, occasional instances may occur; no guarantees or refunds are offered for this.
- Pool is serviced on Wednesday.
- Lawn is mowed on Thursdays
- Second bathroom is in the garage. It is a good little extra bathroom w/ shower.
Florida's unpredictable weather is acknowledged; it is recommended to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind.
