It is just down the hall from two lounge areas with views of Donner Lake; one has a fireplace.
Our units are equipped with various amenities to cater to your needs, including free internet access, a sofa sleeper, a flat-screen television with Direct TV service, a mini refrigerator and microwave, a coffee station, a fan, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Donner Lake Village is near plenty of spots for hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. After getting back from hiking or skiing, guests of the Donner Lake Village can wind down in the on-site sauna. Laundry facilities and free parking are also provided at the hotel. Donner Peak is just 2.5 mi away from the Donner Lake Village. Room was nice and comfy. Although we were here in the hottest days of the century, the room has no air conditioning. Probably not needed for most days of the year. And, we tolerated it quite well. Just a note: there is no lake view of this unit. That’s fine with us as we’re out doing things most of the day and the unit is just a place to crash.
