The place is clean and quiet ; location is the best !!! Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The bathroom is a new remodel - just gorgeous! Ashley was a great communicator- it was always nice to know she was around to take care of anything . Will definitely be back !

The house was very clean, beautiful and in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. It was not in the location shown on the map near Lookout Mountain, but about 10 min away in Paradise Valley. If the specific location is not important, then this is a wonderful property. There was no hair dryer or BBQ on site, and the washer/dryer combo are outside. Not sure if it was functional because my text to the property manager was not answered. This is a beautiful property if you don’t mind some quirks. I would book it again

We are very upset about this listing and did not stay a single night. We were told right away we would get a refund and we have not received a refund yet. My husband survived a horrible accident and needed a quiet place to stay while he recovered from a spinal fusion and this was the opposite of that.

Kalli, I am so incredibly sorry that you did not receive your refund. I called VRBO customer service the second we hung up and had them fix the address on our listing and Requested that you receive a full refund. I was told that the refundZ had been Processed and that it takes 2-5 business days before it would show up back in your account but I was under the impression that everything was to go. When I spoke with your husband a few days later I told him exactly that and that if by day 5 you still haven’t received it, to please let me know so I could follow back up with VRBO. If you are still needing assistance with getting a refund, please let me know so I can call them again to ensure that you receive it.
