An large 4 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms villa with private pool and garden, in a gated and secured residence walking distance to everything (Sosua Beach, Playero supermarket, Pedro Clisante bars and clubs, restaurants etc.)

The residence is guest-friendly, so you can invite anybody anytime. Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply). Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).

Standard occupancy is 8 people (as there are 4 bedrooms), and 2 additional persons can comfortably sleep on the sofas. We manage several other adjacent villas in this residence, so are able to accommodate large groups. On the other hand, the villa can also be rented as a 3-bedroom or 2-bedroom villa (199$/night and 160$/night respectively) by locking one or two bedrooms.

Facilities include private parking, private swimming pool and garden. The property manager is available on-site, while we are always reachable by email or phone for any issue.
