This inviting 2 + bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates Six adults. We have laundry facilities, two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, a bathroom, and a very comfortable living room, all on the main floor. We also have a recliner that helps many post operative guests. The spacious basement has the second bathroom, with two furnished bedrooms with a Queen sized bed in each. The home offers 4-car driveway and additional street parking. We offer Amazon Prime TV and fast reliable WiFi. The home is outfitted and meets many post-surgical recovery needs: including a home entrance ramp, fully handicapped accessible shower (complete with hand bar and shower chair) and wedge pillows for each bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Keurig coffee maker comes with a variety of coffees, teas, and cocoa. Portable cribs and highchairs are also available upon request. The home is situated just 2 miles from the renowned Mayo Clinic. We have just a few rules and expectations: No pets or smoking of any kind on the premises. No parties or large events and quiet hours begin at 10pm. Check-in is 3:00pm with Check out time at 11. We offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays. Please feel free to contact us regarding other needs or questions about your stay. There is a small apartment above the home with a separate entrance, There is absolutely no shared space.

Temporary Stay for Internship

Stayed here over the course of a summer internship of 12 weeks and it worked great. Pleaty of space and well outfitted for cooking. The location is a particular plus as it is right next to a bike trail that connects to everything and was great for being active.

Nice handicap accessible home

We spent three weeks here. Our mother had her leg amputated and we were here for a prosthesis fitting and physical therapy. The home comes with a shower chair and bathroom grab bar. The location of the home makes driving to St Mary and Mayo very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place for Mayo clinic stay

The property was very clean. We stayed here for a month while a family member was participating in a Mayo research study. The house was well equiped for our stay with it being handicapped accessible and a simple layout it was easy to get in and out and around the house. The host was very accommodating and very good at communicating if we had any questions.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We stayed for 9 nights while receiving Medical care at Mayo. Our hosts, Mark and Carolyn, were great. They were very responsive to any questions we had. This is an ideal spot just 2 miles to Mayo, and is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Great house close to Mayo Clinic

This house was great! Beds were super comfy! Mark was a fabulous host! My only complaint was the musty/mildew smell in the basement. It did mess with my asthma a little. Everything else was great!!
