Wonderful flat close to the Old City

My wife and I had a wonderful stay with our two children (1 and 4). It was a beautifully kept flat, well-appointed, and convenient walking distance to the Old City, beach, and train station. Would highly recommend!

Spacious and comfortable apartment, easy access to Old Nice. Two bedrooms, each of which sleep three comfortably, and 2 pull out couches, plenty of room for our family of five. The apartment had all of the amenities we needed, extra pillows and blankets. Christine was a wonderful hostess, she met us at the apartment on the first day and made sure we knew where everything was and got us checked in. She then sent wonderful and detailed recommendations on activities and dining in the area. Close to public transportation. Great base for the beautiful Riviera !

Great time in Nice

The location of the apartment was great for our family, close to restaurants and stores and within walking distance to Old Town. The Host was helpful with recommendations and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. We had two couples with kids and the two beds in each room and pull out couches made it easy for everyone to have space. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make small meals. We really enjoyed and would stay again!

Lovely apartment and lovely host

We had a fabulous time at French Riviera. Christine’s apartment was perfect for us with its superb location. On top of that, host Christine was gracious and super helpful. Before we arrived she provided me with the tram information and after we arrived she was always quick to answer my questions. Her restaurant recommendations were superb and we tried all on her list —all have excellent food. We will come back to her apartment if we visit Nice again!

Perfect Place

Stayed here from 14-18th June 2024 with my husband, children 9 & 13 & my parents. We travelled to Nice for Iron Man - the spartment was very conveniently located at Port Lympia meaning we could take the tram directly from Nice Airport to within 100metres of the apartment. Apartment was spotless and spacious, albeit a little dark in living area without a window - however, as we were out everyday until evening really this made no difference. Lots of towels, plenty of hot water for showers. A 10minute walk along the port towards the stunning coast, besutiful restaurants, bars - we tried a lit of them & loved each one. Availed of host's recommendations re local boulangerie Nuance & restaurant L'uzine - bith magnifique. Shop one minute walk which meant stocking up on supplies was v easy. Christine was very accommodating on our last day - allowing us a later check out as she had no one arriving that day - overall 100% recommend this apartment & Nice - LoveNice. Sarah, Simon & Family

During spring and summer I'm most focused on my seasonal rentals. I'm a renter since 3 years in Nice and I really took care of my guests expectations. I had many good reviews on other websites for my welcome and the clean places I provide. It's very important for me to have satisfied guests!

Why they chose this property

Because it's in my favorite neighborhood in Nice and because the apartment is really beautiful (I'm not a very good photographer and the apartment is nicer as one the pictures) but all my friends or people coming said 'Waouh!!! we feel so good here!'.
It's a safe area with mostly local people.

The building is a beautiful classified monument.
It's also a big place, rooms are also big and the same size, the walls are high (3m20), it's confortable and so accessible with the transport!

What makes this property unique

It's an authentic surroundings (and I like authenticity! ;-)) and the best way to live like us! It's also very close to every touristic attractions and be able to visit area around.

All the furnitures and decoration is charming and typical far away from modern and charmless apartment.
We selected pieces from antiquities shops and pictures from our travel in India.
We did all the paintings new in May this year. All the bed, bed linens and towels are new and ironed before your arrival.
In Summer, you enjoy sun and the proximity of every places to go out.
In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace ;-)

We love our home and it would be a pleasure to share our experience with you!
