AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL AREAS, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE OLD TOWN OFFERED SO MUCH MORE ACTIVITY. RUE ROSSETTI IS A QUIET STREET AND CARS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED AFTER 11AM EACH DAY. THE AREA IS FILLED WITH SIDEWALK RESTAURANTS AND CAFEES. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR (NOT ELEVATOR) A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY FROM PLACE ROSSETTI. THIS ELIMINATES MOST OF THE NOISE YOU FIND IN THE BUSIEST PARTS OF THE OLD TOWN. BEING ON THE 3RD FLOOR LETS IN A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT AND THE BENEFIT OF 2 BALCONIES WITH AWNINGS ADD A NICE ATMOSPHERE BOTH DAY AND NIGHT.
