A 3 tier deck for creating unforgettable memories on playing, relaxing and eating while overlooking your own private dock and beautiful lakefront! Can't see a neighbor on either side of the house. Big BBQ grill and Big outdoor table for cookouts! Lounge or take a nap on 2 hanging day beds while reading a book. After a long day on the water come back to soak in the large hot tub or relax by the fire pit!

Entertainment Galore: Air Hockey, Ping-pong, Foosball, multiple fire-pits for roasting s'mores, Tons of large Smart TVs , large selection of board games, puzzles and more.

Pet Friendly: We know that your furry friend is a part of the family, which is why our lodge is pet-friendly. You'll find a convenient dog door and access to a fenced-in grass area and dog kennel in the basement. (Please note that there is a pet fee to account for additional cleaning).

Our home is ideally located far enough to be away from the crowds but near 40 and Exit407-Sevierville, leaving a short drive to all the attractions of the smokies (Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge) . But with all the amenities available, you may not want to leave!

3 Tier Deck - The star of the show at this home. Walk out deck from the kitchen, basement and 3 of the 4 bedrooms with everything you have ever wanted to soak up the outdoors in a peaceful wooded lake setting. Propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, 2 hanging day beds, 10 person hot tub, ping-pong table, fire table and tons of seating create the perfect setting for sunset dinners, cozy conversations and relaxing for the group. Fantastic sunsets over the lake!

Dock - Tie up your boat for your stay, launch the included kayaks (two available) or paddleboat or just hang out and take a dip in the lake. Note full depth water typically March - October. Power available down at the dock.

Kitchen / Dining Room - 2 full size fully stocked kitchens, one on the main floor and another downstairs! With Keurig in each and a dip coffee maker, you can stay caffeinated to fully maximize your visit! Upstairs kitchen is perfect for the large group meals with a wraparound breakfast bar and island with 6 stool chairs and oversized dining table with 8 seats and space for more.

Outdoor space - 2 firepits with Adirondack chairs to relax and make smores and enjoy evening gatherings. One out front where you can get long range views of the mountains and another near the dock for soaking in the water views. Private outdoor shower for cleaning up after a long day. Fenced front yard with doggy door for the animal lovers. 3 total acres of secluded wooded space to explore!

Living Room - Large living room with space to relax and watch movies, play games including Foosball, Air hockey and a ton of board games. Great to cozy up next to the fireplace and spend time as a group/family.

Master Bedroom - Huge master bedroom on main floor with King size bed, sitting area, fireplace, pull out sofa, and smart TV! Walkout of your double doors to the front deck/yard to enjoy that morning coffee. Perfect space to get a bit of quiet time away from the group or kiddos.

Bedroom 2 - Large room on main floor with 1 King size bed and 1 Queen size been. Smart TV and views to the lake through the double doors that lead you out to the large deck overlooking the lake!

Bathroom 1 - Large bathroom on main floor with walk in shower, large jetted tub for soothing private soaks and a double vanity so you have plenty of space to get ready in the morning. Stocked with hair drier, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and loads of towels.

Bedroom 3 - Large room on basement floor with 1 King size bed. Smart TV and attached bathroom. Lots of storage for clothes

Bathroom 2 - Large bathroom on basement floor with walk in shower. Single vanity and separate make-up area so you have plenty of space to get ready in the morning. Stocked with hair drier, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and loads of towels.

Bedroom 4 / Loft - Large loft with Queen bed, and smart TV with large sofa for relaxing or could be made into a 7th sleeping space. Walk out on to the top floor of the deck for great views! Also a great 2nd living room space for watching movies or playing games.

Other notes: Good wifi and cell service, Smart TVs in every room with YouTube TV (all the cable channels) or log into your own internet based services, Tons of parking space (~5 cars ), 30 AMP RV hookup

Paddleboards and kayaks and other various boats and jet skis are available to rent at H2O Water sports located close to the house. Just down the street from home.

Important Notes:
It is a lovely walk down a winding path, for some this is a long walk (see pictures) so some choose to bring or rent an Atv/UTV/Golf cart to make it quick and easy to get down to the lake (easily rentable from Good Ole Boys nearby they drop off at the house)

Lake does lower in the Winter months, it varies due to precipitation and according to the TVA controls. Full pool typically in late March in our cove. However this is TVA controlled and we cannot make promises on water levels.
