NEW - Spectacular Modern Ocean Front House Huge Garden Private Sea Access
IMPORTANT: Due to Hawaii regulations this property is only available for a minimum of 30 nights. PLEASE do not inquire if you are looking for a shorter stay, we simply can not accommodate you. However, the property is very special, and the price pretty low, so you may consider booking for the 30days even if you can not stay the entire time!!
Newly renovated 4 bed 3 bath house with AC on nearly 1 acre. Walk over the expansive lawn and into the ocean where you are guaranteed to swim with turtles. Two Surf Breaks directly accessible from the property plus fantastic tourist-free snorkeling and swimming. We also have a delightful little pool at the water's edge, that we call the Onsen - it is our private area to sit in the sea protected from the waves.
The photos (nearly) say it all. Guests are constantly awed when the gate to the property opens and they see the view. Located close to Waimea Bay (2 min drive) and all the great surf spots: Banzai Pipeline, Chun’s, Lani’s. Bed 1: Primary with en suite bathroom. Cal King Bed. Ocean View Bed 2: Queen. Ocean View Bed 3: Queen. Ocean View Bed 4: Queen. Mountain View. Family Bathroom. Guest bath with shower and Laundry. Outdoor hot water shower, perfect for use after being in the water.
