This unit close to everything, parks, movie theater, hospital, shopping, restaurants. Everything is brand new in this home. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, internet, subway tile surround in bathroom. One room has a queen size bed and the other has a double. Brand new furniture, sheets and towels will make your stay at this home comfy and relaxing. Very quite neighborhood. Use this place as a launching point for your alaskan vacation. Float the chena river, see a show at pioneer park or just relax between adventures. There is a lot to do in the winter and the summer in the golden heart city. Looking forward to having you stay at this super clean relaxing place.

Perfect place to stay review

Property exceeded my expectations. Unit was modern/updated, beds were very comfortable and owner was local and very responsive to any questions. Place was within 10 minutes of all sights within Fairbanks. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Super nice stay!

During my time in Fairbanks, I had the most wonderful week! The recently remodeled interior of the accommodation was absolutely stunning, and its proximity to all the places I needed to visit made my stay even better. The kitchen was fully equipped, the entire place was immaculately clean, and I truly cherished my time there. It was incredibly convenient to have access to laundry facilities, which allowed me to pack fresh clothes before heading back home. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place for a truly enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the host was incredibly kind and helpful in guiding me through my first booking. Their patience and support made a positive impact on my experience. Thank you!

Very nice location and amenities. Had a minor issue that was resolved in a couple of hours (faucet malfunctioned)! Easy access and felt like I was in the neighborhood back home! I would stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for a stay in Fairbanks. Centrally located, updated interior, close to parks for dog walks, well equipped kitchen and bath. It was cozy and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.

Great place

This was a great place to stay, had a hard time getting reservation changed, no instructions on key code had to ask for it, no Wi-Fi password printed had to ask for it. TV didn’t work for the first two nights. The apartment was awesome other then that. The cupboards were messy and the pots and pans were old. Junk in drawers, not very clean cupboards which I really didn’t like. I would love to stay here again if those things were cleaned up, would like to be able to cook here.

Fantastic Time

We had such a wonderful time, the location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. We walked outside one night and looked up to see the Northern Lights so that was a real treat. If we come back we will definitely stay here.

Great accommodations for our 4 day stay in Fairbanks. Not within walking distance of downtown for folks over 60 but still an affordable place. If ever in Fairbanks again and in need of a quiet place to stay, this is it. Neighborhood is very quiet. Everything of immediate need is already provided. Thank you Sarah.

Just as described in the listing. Older neighborhood and building, but interior is nice and clean. All the basics you need in the kitchen and for laundry. Prompt communication from owner.

Great Fairbanks Location and Very Clean

Great location and the unit was perfect for our stay in Fairbanks. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great to have a washer and dryer, after driving to Alaska. We also appreciated that the unit was dog friendly as we were traveling with our dog. The unit is on the second floor and some people might have a problem with the stairs, but it was not a problem for us. If we were to visit Fairbanks again, we would stay here again.

You will love this home over a hotel all day!! Let me take care of your lodging needs, with an alaska feel. I was born and raised in washington state on a dairy farm and love the fact there are no dairy cows in fairbanks, i do miss the real milk though!!

What makes this property unique

This Place Is Very Close To Everything. Shopping, Hospital, Parks And In The Summer A Fresh Vegetable Garden At School Right Around The Corner. It Is A 15 Minute Walk To Downtown Fairbanks.
