Surry is home to this cabin. Woodlawn Museum and Ellsworth Congregational Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Rooster Brother Coffee Roasters and Grand Theatre. Blue Hill Co-op Community Market and Downeast Scenic Railroad are also worth visiting.
We had a fantastic stay here! The place is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It is clear that it was very thoughtfully put together for guests and we really appreciated all of the little touches.

This is a great place to stay for visiting Acadia National Park without being in the hustle and bustle of bar harbor. Local town Surry really nice, as was Ellsworth. Host Salt Air Properties were easy to connect with and provided great communication before arrival.
Great property! Quiet and still close to everything! Great location for visiting the national park, then relax with peace and quiet in the evening. House was well stocked and the games was a nice touch. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host, quick response for any questions. Highly recommend!
The house was great! Nice and cozy, the individual rooms gave enough privacy with still being close to family. Really appreciated the lighted sign at the end of the driveway. Had all the kitchen utensils we needed, even reusable togo coffee mugs!
Space was perfect for us! The only down side is there is no AC. We stayed in the beginning of July and it got to 80 degrees. Made it a little uncomfortable to sleep but still gave 5 stars because it was super cute, we had no problems, and communication was great!!
The house was great. I was at first wishing there was a room inside to gather and sit but soon realized that just forced us to go outside which is the whole point of Maine in summer. Everything we needed was at hand and we met a family of fishers who live under the house…. First time to see one. Hope to come again!
Cute property in the woods at the end of a dirt road - felt very private. The property was exactly as advertised, very well-maintained and clean - felt brand new. Lots of nice little touches - supplies for the campfire, toiletries, games, a well-stocked kitchen. I made dinner for the family every night and for such a small space the kitchen had everything you would need. Sitting out by the fire pit in the evening and being able to see a dark sky was perfect. We visited Acadia/Bar Harbor each day which was 45 minutes to 1 hour drive depending on exactly where we were going and that worked out well. The cabin would be perfect for a family with older kids like mine or for friends/couples who want their own space.
