On A Lush Hill A Secluded Country Home With Infinity Pool And Endless View

Our secluded country home sits on the slope of a lush hill, with stunning panoramic views of the capital of Andros 'Chora', the valley and the Aegean Sea. It was custom built by a re-known architect respecting the traditional architecture of the island, using the local stone.
The 3 acres of land are full of olive and fruit trees such as almonds, figs and apricots, as well as cypresses, oaks and vines.
The house is 230 sq m and is on two levels.The ground floor consists of a large sitting room with a fire place, a dinning room with a table that sits 10 and an open plan modern kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom. Two steps up lead you to a large bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which share one bathroom. There is also the master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a private large veranda with splendid views, which also leads to the gardens.
The house is decorated with stone and wood making the atmosphere cozy and warm.
One level below the the sitting room and in front of the house there is a terrace with the infinity pool, a pergola with a long table, and the pool chairs.
A bumpy road of 300 m takes you to this peaceful, tranquil spot with extra privacy and modern amenities including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, TV sets, wifi, stereo system with outdoor speakers, apple TV with airplay ,alarm system etc. The master bedroom has also a ceiling fan.
Fresh linen will be provided once a week.
