Andros Private Villa Overlooking the Blue Aegean Sea

The villa is a traditional Cycladic style house of 140 m2 ideally located on a hill side above the three best beaches of Andros island, in a private land of 4000 m2.

Perfectly located halfway between the port of Gavrion and the picturesque village of Batsi, everything you may ever need during your vacations is within your grasp.

The villa is designed to fit the island’s character by combining elements of wood and stone which was dug out from around the house, being in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

The villa is surrounded with a multi level tree garden planted with olive, fig, pomegranate and peaches, and offers ample of walking space.

It is the ideal place for couples and families looking for relaxation, privacy and freedom of movement.

The small pool - private Jacuzzi 2 x 3 x 1.5 m depth is superb for the hot days to relax in ,with a glass of cold wine, or for the kids to jump in, shouting as much as they can !!

The ground floor has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, spacious open living room and dining room, one WC, external verandas and a country style barbeque. The large exclusive veranda is exceptionally sheltered to dine or just relax and watch the colorful windsurfing’s display on the clear blue waters of kipri beach.

All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One master bedroom with a king size double bed and its own en suite bathroom, one bedroom with a king size double bed and one more bedroom with two single beds. A second bathroom is also located on the first floor serving the two bedrooms.

All spaces are fitted with new silent type airconditioning.


The beaches (kypri beach, golden beach and St peter’s beach), all of them with golden sand and amazing crystal water, are organized with beach bars, showers, umbrellas and sunbeds, located just a quick walk down the hill or 2 min drive by car.

Kypri beach, which is visible from our house’s terrace also offers wind surfing and canoe schools.

Andros island is among the best places in Greece for hiking with more than 160 Km of total way marked routes, (for more information refer to the site Andros Routes).

The island is blessed with natural water springs, waterfalls and a freshwater lagoon.

Andros is the 2nd largest island in the Cyclades group of islands accessible via ferry from the port of Rafina. The trip lasts 2 hrs. The island has ferry connection with the islands of Tinos, Mikonos, Paros and Syros .
